Report	* We have received reports that general cargo ship, SERGEY BODROV, experienced an engine failure and started to drift in North sea on 22 Oct 2023. * It is reported that the vessel drifted dangerously close to Norwegian Ekofisk oil field. Consequently, the vessel was later taken under tow by patrol ship however its destination is not yet confirmed. * It is possible that General Average / Salvage and associated Recovery issues may arise as a result of this casualty. * We therefore recommend that you contact us if you are concerned with any cargo on board this vessel so that we can immediately start taking steps to protect your interests.
