* We have received reports that container ship VENTO ran aground off Cape Ammoglossa, Greece, on 3 September 2023.

* It is reported that despite a serious roll to starboard, the vessel remains in a stable position on a sandy bar.

*It is possible that General Average, Salvage and associated recovery issues may arise as a result of this casualty.
